FAQs

Do I have to do cold plunge?

No. Cold is optional. We offer 4 temperatures, 55°F to 40°F, so you can choose the intensity that is right for you. Many first-timers start with short or partial submersion cold plunges if they’ve never done it before.

Key is focusing on your breathing - long breathes in and out for the 1st 30 seconds. Goal is 2-3 minutes.


How long are sessions?

Sessions range from 10 min cold plunge to 50 min contrast session and various options in between - you can pick an option to fit your schedule.


Do I need to be a Chill member?

No. BVRC members can start with the exclusive offer above for sessions, packages or memberships.


What do I need to bring?

Bring a swimsuit and water bottle. We provide towels, bathroom with shower, and water fountain. We sell a variety of hydration drinks as well.
